Jesus prayed to his Father in John 17:3, "This is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent." In Hebrews 10:19-31, the author calls us to take advantage of that opportunity because if we do not, nothing remains for us but judgment.

Galatians 3:26 says "You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus." This was accomplished through Christ's coming into the world to save us from our sin.

We continue to deal with common objections to the Christian faith. Tonight, we will study John 8:48-59 to answer the objection that Jesus never claimed to be the divine Son of God. Rather, he was "divinized" years later by his followers.
