Last time we looked at the book of Genesis, we learned something about the true nature of evil -- that evil has a transcendent, intelligent component to it. This week, as we look at Genesis 4, we will learn something about the true nature of sin. Turns out that sin is far more dangerous than we may first suspect.

Genesis 1:26 - 2:25 describes how humankind was created "in God's image." We will investigate what it means to be the image of God (Imago Dei), and what was lost in us as God's image because of the Fall.
