(8 items, showing earliest first)

Sun 11th Oct 2009
In this series, we will consider some of the major objections to Christianity posed by modern Western people. In the process, we will discover how Christian belief is actually more reasonable than the agnosticism or out-right atheism espoused by many of our cultural elites.

PM > Why The Cross?

By Vanden Brink, Paul
Tonight we bridge from our last series on objections to the Christian faith to the next series on the cross of Christ.  People often ask, "Why was the crucifixion necessary? Can't God just forgive? Why did Jesus have to die? It seems cruel." We'll address this objection as we consider 2 Corinthians 5:16-21.
